Tony is a co-founder of Journeyman Theatre Productions who specialise in bringing new stage work to pub, cafe and hotel settings, and also festivals. As well as writing, he directs and produces whilst never undertanding how anyone is brave enough to be an actor!
He has over twenty full length, one act and short play scripts published by Lazy Bee Scripts and Pint Sized Plays in the UK. His work has been produced on BBC Radio and on stage in eighteen countries, including famous locations like Theatre 80 in New York. Many of his plays have been nominated for and received awards. Recent 2020 successes include, ‘Me & You’ winning the Avon One Act Play Festival competition, ‘Apocalypse Then’ being a winner in the Ilkley Playhouse Festival competition, and ‘My Hero’ winning the international Pint-Sized Plays Script Slam competition.
Tony also writes short stories for a diverse range of publications like Café Lit and Your Cat Magazine, as well as for anthologies with Bridge House Publishing, Printed Words, Gorlan, Jan Moran Neil Publishing, New Words, Lulu, Gloucester Writers Network, Writing Magazine, and Amazon. A number of his stories have also been shortlisted for and won prizes.
He lives in South Gloucestershire with his wife and small dog, and is lucky enough to be able to spend as much time writing as he likes.
